In short
Ringa measures ring sizes on your phone screen. You do not create an account, and we run no servers of our own. Your calibration, measurements, the people you save sizes for and your settings stay on your phone and in your phone's own backup. We do not receive them.
Who we are
Ringa is developed by Berkant Çalıkuşu, publishing as Socrepho (socrepho.com). For anything about this policy or your data, write to info@socrepho.com.
Data on your phone
Ringa stores your screen calibration, your last measurements, the names you give to people and your language and theme choices in the app's local storage on your device. We cannot see them. Your phone's own backup (iCloud Backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android), which belongs to your account with Apple or Google, may include this storage, depending on your phone's backup settings. Deleting the app deletes the data on your phone; copies in your phone's backup are managed through your Apple or Google account. A size card you share or save goes only where you send or save it; we do not receive it.
Ads
Ringa is free. It shows at most one full-screen ad, and only at one moment: after you confirm a measurement and before you see the result. There are no ads on the calibration or measuring screens, none in your first session, at most one per session and at least three minutes apart. If an ad is not ready, the result appears within 2 seconds without one. The result is always complete and free.
Ads are served by Google AdMob, using Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. To show and measure ads, Google may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and how you interact with ads, according to the consent you give. Google acts as an independent controller for this data. See how Google uses it: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your choices
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Ringa asks for your consent through Google's consent form before any ad is requested; personalised ads rely on that consent. You can change your choice any time in Settings → About → Ad privacy choices. On iPhone, Ringa asks for permission to track; you can change it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Without consent you may see limited ads or none. The measurement and the result work the same either way.
In US states with consumer privacy laws, such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. Open Settings → About → Ad privacy choices and choose “Don't sell or share my data”. Ringa does not sell personal data itself; the choice controls how Google uses ad data for ads in Ringa. You may still see ads, but they will not be based on that data.
Analytics
Ringa currently sends no usage analytics and no crash reports. If that changes, this policy will say so first.
Your rights
Because your measurements and saved people never leave your phone, you can see, change and delete them yourself in the app, or by deleting the app. For ad data, use the choices above or Google's controls. You can also write to us at info@socrepho.com; we reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Ringa is not directed at children under 13.

Telefonundaki veriler
Ringa ekran kalibrasyonunu, son ölçülerini, kişilere verdiğin adları ve dil ile tema seçimlerini cihazındaki yerel uygulama deposunda saklar. Bunları biz göremeyiz. Telefonunun kendi yedeği (iPhone'da iCloud Yedekleme, Android'de Google yedeği) Apple ya da Google hesabına bağlıdır ve telefonunun yedekleme ayarlarına göre bu depoyu içerebilir. Uygulamayı silmek telefonundaki verileri siler; telefon yedeğindeki kopyalar Apple ya da Google hesabın üzerinden yönetilir. Paylaştığın ya da kaydettiğin ölçü kartı yalnızca gönderdiğin ya da kaydettiğin yere gider; bize ulaşmaz.
Reklamlar
Ringa ücretsizdir. En fazla bir tam ekran reklam gösterir ve yalnız tek bir anda: ölçümü onayladıktan sonra, sonucu görmeden önce. Kalibrasyon ve ölçüm ekranlarında reklam yoktur; ilk oturumunda hiç gösterilmez, oturum başına en fazla bir kez ve aralarında en az üç dakika olur. Reklam hazır değilse sonuç en geç 2 saniye içinde reklamsız açılır. Sonuç her zaman tam ve ücretsizdir.
Reklamları Google AdMob sunar; bunun için Google Mobile Ads ve Google'ın Kullanıcı Mesajlaşma Platformu (UMP) kullanılır. Reklamı göstermek ve ölçmek için Google, verdiğin izne göre cihazının reklam kimliğini, IP adresini, bundan çıkarılan yaklaşık konumu ve reklamlarla etkileşimini işleyebilir. Google bu veriler için bağımsız veri sorumlusudur. Google'ın bu verileri nasıl kullandığı: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Seçimlerin
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de Ringa, reklam istenmeden önce Google'ın onay formuyla iznini ister; kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar bu izne dayanır. Seçimini istediğin zaman Ayarlar → Hakkında → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri'nden değiştirebilirsin. iPhone'da Ringa izleme izni ister; bunu iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme'den değiştirebilirsin. Android'de reklam kimliğini cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir ya da silebilirsin. İzin vermezsen sınırlı reklam görebilir ya da hiç görmeyebilirsin. Ölçüm ve sonuç her iki durumda da aynı çalışır.
Tüketici gizliliği yasası olan ABD eyaletlerinde (örneğin Kaliforniya, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut ve Utah) kişisel bilgilerinin hedefli reklam için satılmasını ya da paylaşılmasını reddedebilirsin. Ayarlar → Hakkında → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri'ni aç ve “Verilerimi satma veya paylaşma”yı seç. Ringa kişisel veri satmaz; bu seçim, Google'ın Ringa'daki reklamlar için reklam verilerini nasıl kullandığını belirler. Reklam görmeye devam edebilirsin, ama bu verilere dayanmazlar.
Analitik
Ringa şu anda kullanım analitiği ve çökme raporu göndermez. Bu değişirse önce bu politikada yazar.
Hakların
Ölçülerin ve kaydettiğin kişiler telefonundan hiç çıkmadığı için onları uygulamada kendin görebilir, değiştirebilir ve silebilirsin; uygulamayı silmek de hepsini siler. Reklam verileri için yukarıdaki seçenekleri ya da Google'ın ayarlarını kullanabilirsin. Bize info@socrepho.com adresinden de yazabilirsin; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. AB, Birleşik Krallık ya da İsviçre'deysen veri koruma otoritene şikâyette bulunma hakkın vardır; Türkiye'de bu otorite Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'dur.
Çocuklar
Ringa 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir.
